This time we have overreacted, we have to admit it. Yes, because the beauty and uniqueness of this villa made us stay open, and we could not not fall in love with it immediately! We are in the Marche hills on the border with Romagna, a motor land but also of excellent food, and the villa we are talking about is precisely located in the locality of Minera, precisely because not far away at the time there was a real mine. The house is imposing, isolated but not too much, with lots of land around it and stunning views of our Apennines. Garden that goes around with pool and three garages to be used, then enter the house and remain dazzled by the huge spaces we find, spaces that lead to having 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and even 5 fireplaces (one of which is external on the panoramic terrace). Despite the numerous fireplaces, we still have traditional radiators powered by the gas tank, as well as air conditioning, central vacuum and mosquito nets everywhere. Another characteristic is having a bedroom and a bathroom with separate entrance from the main body, so you can have guests and leave them privacy. Finally, but not by importance, of almost 7,000 square meters of agricultural land with 200 olive trees in activity. What can I add? Give us a hand, we have no more words!
