Abandoned 1900 George F. Barber Victorian in Fleischmanns, NY

The property at 75 Depot Street, Fleischmanns, New York, United States, presents a deteriorating example of architect George F. Barber’s design no. 37, taken from “New Model Dwellings.” These images, captured by Matt Z. in March 2008, reveal the front porch showing signs of buckling. Subsequent photos from 2012 and 2013 indicate that the front porch was completely removed, and the lower floor was boarded up.

Property records indicate that this house was constructed in 1900, offering approximately 3,400 square feet of living space. The house includes 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is situated on a 0.33-acre property. The property encompasses three stories and features a full basement.

Unfortunately, the current state of the property is unknown, as there is no Google Streetview available to provide a more recent visual update.
