According to Architectural Digest, this 50,000 square foot home offers 19 bedrooms, 29 bathrooms, and sits upon 3.5 acres. As if that wasn’t enough, this home also boasts a renowned H-form architecture, two-storey library, 22-foot-tall hand-painted ceiling, and even a billiards room with an opulent ceiling and fireplace both from the Hearst Castle. In 2007, the home was listed at a whopping $165 million and in 2010 was relisted for just $95 million. Six years later the home entered the market at a staggering $195 million and still could not find a buyer. In 2018, the estate dropped to $135 million and recently dropped to $89.75 million. Despite its prominence, this home is also very private and offers “four wrought-iron security gates that block off an 800-foot driveway” (Architectural Digest). The Beverly House is on the market for $89.75 million with Gary Gold of Hilton & Hyland.
