Beautiful old fishing resort from the early 1900’s built in the early 20th century and then closed down and switched over too apartments in the 1950’s. Then by the 1990’s only the first floor was still lived in by an older woman who ran a small shop out of the house. After her passing in the mid too late 90’s the large mansion has sat empty ever since and now is in its final days sadly with massive structural collapses after decades of neglect. Would’ve been a beautiful place back in the day with a beautiful setting overlooking out too a peaceful stream up in the Catskill mountains of New York.
