The property hit the market for the first time in nearly 60 years for $75 million in December 2020. According to Forbes, the property, which has had only two owners since completion in 1936, was listed by the late W. Barron Hilton’s son and grandson, Rick and Barron N. Hilton. Designed by architect Paul R. Williams, Brooklawn is a rare and stellar interpretation of traditional English Georgian architecture.
